You become what you feed your mind. The ideas or opinions you surround yourself with on a day to day basis are ultimately the ideas or opinions that morph your actions. Before an action there is a thought whether it be conscious or subconscious.

Negative thoughts, opinions, ideas only seek to reinforce the belief that a situation is bad, or that we have no control, or we're not doing enough being enough. It's Bullshit negative thoughts are unnecessary. It's unhealthy for your mind to eat negativity on a day to day! Situations can be challenging or uncomfortable, however, it shouldn't be perceived as bad or negative, but as an opportunity for positivity.
